Each retailer receives and fulfills the order, the wine lover picks up their order, and is sipping their new favorite bottles in no time.

No, every shop manages their product listings, inventories, and orders independently.


You will receive an email from the retailer notifying you that your order is ready. You can also check your order status from the ‘orders’ tab on your account page. 

Retailers typically work to fulfill orders as soon as possible, but precise fulfillment time will vary between retailers. If you haven’t heard from the retailer after a few business days, we recommend you attempt to reach the shop directly by phone.
